Welcome to R & W Turner Ranch located 12 miles south of Pittsburg on FM 556.
Our Ranch focuses on breeding using horses with plenty of size, cow sense, speed, and the athletic ability to get any job done from ranch work to performance events. We ride what we raise.
Our AQHA bloodlines include La San Peppy by Mr San Peppy, Campaigner Jack & Jaggidy Jack by Two Eyed Jack, Blue Valentine Heir by Rowdy Blue Man by Blue Valentine, Red Roan Raider by Roan Ambrose, Hancock Blue Boy, Coffee Bar King, Topsail Tony by Topsail Cody, Krogs Papdahleo by Paprika Pine.
Our stallion, AQHA Jack Buckskin, has the great Mr San Peppy and the Hall of Fame legend Two Eyed Jack on his papers. He is used on our ranch to pasture work cattle. He is also used to compete in ranch rodeos and team ranch sorting's. "Tater" passes on his quiet disposition, correct conformation, athletic ability and cow sense to his offspring. His colts break out gentle and have proven to have plenty of speed and the agility to take you to the pay window. They get the job done in or out of the arena.
Jack Buckskin is pasture bred only. We breed a few select mares a year and do not stand him to the public.
